Fête Chinoise

Annual Cultural Event & Magazine

As Designer:

I contributed to the visual storytelling and layout of feature articles, ensuring each story was not only meaningful but also visually stunning — aligning with the magazine’s mission to empower culture.

I also led designed for the event's comprehensive visual identity, producing over 200 unique design pieces and orchestrating their strategic placement throughout the venue.

The Fête Chinoise Magazine is an award-winning publication, that collects and showcases the best stories about Chinese art, design, history, and luxury today. Each year, the team designs the most outstanding publications to celebrate the modern Chinese community together.

@fetechinoise is a cultural platform that connects people with Chinese culture through a Canadian/North American lens, achieved through meaningful experiences, compelling stories, and quality products that are inspired by the relationship between identity and culture.

Fête Chinoise Annual Event

An award-winning cultural celebration that reimagines Chinese heritage,
creating Toronto's most coveted gathering where design, music, fashion,
and art converge to honor tradition while boldly moving culture forward.

The team was challenged to design an unforgettable and magical experience that transcends ordinary cultural events, creating moments of wonder and discovery while respectfully showcasing Chinese-Canadian heritage.

We embraced maximalism as a design philosophy, creating layered visual experiences that mirror the abundance and prosperity central to Chinese cultural celebrations.
